We’ve been on a popsicle making kick all summer. I suspect my kids would willingly live on nothing but popsicles if given the opportunity, but we don’t have that many popsicle molds.
We could start supplementing with other popsicle receptacles. Cups with popsicle sticks. Cups with small spoons for sticks. Yogurt frozen in individual serving cups. I am quickly going to run out of cups, in this scenario.
You surely do not need me to tell you how to make popsicles, but apparently I am going to anyway? Because I am helpful like that.
1. Start with liquid and/or squishy foods. Juice, yogurt, coconut milk, mashed banana, fruit that’s been through the blender. Whatever. Put it in popsicle molds. (OR CUPS! Maybe.) Freeze.
3. Try in vain to wash chocolate-berry-banana drips out of tee shirts.
4. Resign yourself to popsicle stain.
5. Hit up the resale shop for more tee shirts.
6. Make more popsicles.
Hmm. Okay, now I am seriously considering popsicle-as-breakfast-food. That could happen.
