LOST
keys, diaper bag, grocery list, shoe
lip balm, nail clippers, hair elastics
day planner, scarf, one random spoon
puzzle piece, bookmark, power cord, instructions
track of time, hours, days, weeks
memories I thought I’d hold, vanished
(I don’t even notice they’re missing)
FOUND
?
thinking, thinking…
…
Mostly I lose things.

Melissa, I really appreciate your humor. And, I really hope you find that spoon:)
Thanks, Caroline! There’s always hope…
The worst is time. Those pesky minutes, hours and dates that vanish are the sneakiest of them all!
Sneakiest and least likely to be recovered! Those slippery minutes.
I tend to lose my mind the most.
Yeah, mine is long gone. I’ve given up lamenting that one.
Everyday I run around the house saying “I can’t find my [keys, phone, etc.]” DH will roll his eyes, get up from whatever he is doing and find the ‘lost item’ in less than 5 minutes.
Um. That may have happened here before. Once or twice. (Though I can often find HIS missing things, too, so I guess that works out? Kind of?)
You’ve found the perfect description of my life!
In that case, I hope you find a whole lot of things. Like, tomorrow.
We all go through this
Oh good, I’m not the only one!
Lost: hours trawling through the internet!
Found: Other’s great stories to inspire!
Love your lost and found- so true and like you i mostly lose things, including my marbles!
Why yes, I have lost and found those, too! Oh, the internet. Can’t live without it, can’t… live without it.
