six word fridays: peace

October 14, 2011

teacup

Kids in bed. Husband no longer traveling.
Peppermint tea, internet unbroken, and… bedtime.
It’s been a long, long week.

(Somewhat peaceful. I’m working on it.)

This week’s topic: PEACE. Have it? Need it? Searching? Finding?

Wonder what we’re doing? Want me to email you next week’s topic? Need the button?

No problem. Check out this page.

You had me at *husband no longer traveling*

BTW, where’s the linky?

Husband traveling always reminds me how much I like husband at home! ;)

Linky’s happy now. It seems that if I schedule the post, the linky freaks out. Not sure what that’s about. Sorry about that!

Ha – you had me at peppermint tea. One of my favs! Hope you have a relaxing weekend. :)

Peppermint tea FTW! It’s not quite peace, granted, but it’s the closest I get some days. ;)

That end of the day/week deep sigh moment…it’s a moment that does allow peace to return! Will try to check back in to link up ~ off to the “wedding” races – going to try and find those deep sigh moments in the midst of it all…to stay peace-filled!

Refill, refuel. End of days do that for me! :)

Wishing you all a blessing-filled, peace-bringing wedding weekend!!!

didn’t see the linky, but added my “peace” piece to my page ;-)
Welcome home hubby from travels, I suspect all is right in the household now. Enjoy this time of unwind.

Some weeks I have higher standards. This week, I will take my ten minutes of uninterrupted quiet and call that peace! :)

This, indeed, is real peace… Enjoy it, relish in it.

Peace
I don’t know what that is

I am wishing you soul peace, even if on-the-ground peace is unattainable!

On-the-ground, we’ve never ever got peace. Chaos, yes. Peace, exceedingly rarely. :)

One quiet moment: beautiful due to scarcity. Bedtime. It’s like my own personal diamond mine. ;)
